Terms of Service

SeoGeo is provided by Software Stem, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to everyone who uses SeoGeo. If your business has signed a proposal or order with us, that document sets out your package and price, and these terms apply alongside it; if the two conflict, the signed document wins. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

1. The service

SeoGeo helps businesses grow their search traffic. Depending on your package it includes website audits, Search Console insights and before/after measurement, Google Business Profile tools, keyword research, content drafts, and tools that apply approved changes to your website. Features may change as we improve the service; we will not remove a core part of your package during a paid period without telling you first.

2. Accounts

Access is by invitation only; we create accounts for our clients. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not misuse the service, try to access other accounts or data, or overload our systems.

3. Your responsibilities

Only connect websites, Google accounts and other services that you own or are authorised to manage.
Keep your own backups of your website. We back up the files we change, but this does not replace your own backups.
Review content and changes before you approve or publish them, and make sure they are accurate and lawful (for example, claims about medical, legal or financial services).
Follow the terms of the third-party services you connect, such as Google, Microsoft Bing and WordPress.

4. Changes to your website and accounts

SeoGeo only changes your website, Business Profile or publishing accounts when you approve it, for example by applying a fix plan, applying a suggestion to WordPress, or approving a post. Where a tool supports it, we keep a copy of the original files and let you roll the change back. You remain responsible for changes you approve.

5. Content we generate

Drafts, suggestions and replies created with AI are starting points and may contain mistakes. Check them before use. Content you publish is yours, and you are responsible for it.

6. Third-party services

Parts of SeoGeo rely on services we do not control, including Google (Search Console, Analytics, Business Profile, PageSpeed, Ads data), Microsoft Bing, OpenAI and your website host. If one of them changes, limits or withdraws access, the related feature may stop working or show less data. We will tell you when this affects your service and work on alternatives where possible.

7. Fees and billing

Fees are as set out in your proposal or order, in UAE dirhams (AED), plus VAT where it applies.
Monthly fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing month.
Any setup fee is billed once at the start and is not refundable.
You can cancel at any time by email with 30 days’ written notice. Your service continues, and is billed, until the end of the notice period.
We do not refund fees for partial months.
If an invoice is unpaid 14 days after its due date, we may suspend your access after telling you, until it is paid.

8. Results

Search rankings and traffic depend on Google and many other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales. Estimates shown in SeoGeo are labelled as estimates.

9. Liability

The service is provided with reasonable skill and care, but otherwise “as is”. To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending the service

Either side may end the service as described in section 7. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. When your service ends, you can ask us to export or delete your data; we delete account data within 30 days of the end of the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will email you at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
